The ultimate objective of this game-changing initiative implemented by the company was to entice American globetrotters to explore the Old World via TAP.
The ruse? Adding the charming city of Lisbon as a stopover destination on their way to their ultimate goal makes their journey even more memorable.

Design Thinking

By prioritizing the target audience, organizations can develop superior products, services, and internal processes that effectively address their needs.

Agile Design

Agile Design aims to create digital products within fixed timelines and budgets. It leverages design thinking techniques, lean startup principles, and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality results efficiently and effectively.

Lean UX

The goal is to deliver designs swiftly. This approach involves creating and testing MVPs quickly, then iterating based on feedback. Rather than developing a final design upfront, Lean UX emphasizes continuous improvement through rapid design, testing, and refinement cycles.
